How do I Create an Account?

Creating an account is quick and painless. Simply click on the "Buy Pixel" button, choose the create new account option and fill in our new account form with your basic info & email address. An automatically generated email will be sent to your email address with a link back to our site to confirm your email address. Once confirmed, your account is activated and ready to go.

How do I Buy Pixels?

We've make the pixel ordering and customizing process as easy as possible. To buy pixels, you simply: Create / Login To Your PixelsAustralia.com Account, Choose Your Pixels, Pay For Your Order, & Prepare / Upload Your Graphics/. **Note - All user submitted graphics will be set to 'Pending' status until they are manually approved by PixelsAustralia.com. We will not accept links / graphics that link to / contain adult content.

How do I choose Pixels to Buy?

Choosing exactly which pixels to buy is as easy as clicking on your desired pixel block(s). To choose which pixels to buy and to submit, pay for and customize your order(s), login to your PixelsAustralia.com account. From inside your account, you can choose 'Order Pixels' from the menu at the top of the screen. You will be shown the pixel board and can click on the pixels you would like to purchase. Once you have selected all the pixels you are interested in, click the 'Buy Pixels Now' button beneath the pixel board. You will be shown a summary of the pixels chosen along with the total cost of the order. If you want to make a change, click the 'Edit Order' button to return to the previous screen. Once your order is correct, click the 'Confirm Order' button to continue with paying for your order.

How do I Pay For My Order?

We currently accept PayPal. However if you wish to pay via Bank Deposit or Australia Post money order, please contact us for more information. We accept payments from all countries.

How do I Make / Find / Prepare My Graphics?

Once you have chosen and paid for your pixel block(s) order, we suggest finding / preparing the image you plan to upload on top of your pixel. Each pixel block is 10x10 pixels. If you bought 1 block, or a series of 1 blocks, you will need to upload a 10x10 pixel gif, jpg or .png for each block. If you bought a block of blocks, say 2 rows of 3 blocks each, then you can choose to either upload a different 10x10 image to each of the ten blocks, or you can upload one 30x20 image to cover the entire block. Use a graphics program like Adobe Photo Shop, Macromedia Fireworks or your OS image editing softwrae to create a new image. Be sure to set the dimensions of your new image to the dimensions of your block (10x10 pixels) or block of blocks (30x20 pixels in our example). Fill the graphic with whatever colors, graphics, text and/or design that you wish. Keep in mind, it will be hard for people to read letters / numbers smaller than 1 block (10x10), so for readability we suggest having only 1 letter / number for each block of pixels. Be sure that your image is .gif, .jpg or .png. Sorry, we don't accept animated graphics on our pixel board.

How do I Upload My Graphics?

Once you have chosen and paid for your pixel block(s) and have a graphic image prepared to be uploaded to your purchased pixel board location, login to your PixelsAustralia.com account. Choose 'Manage My Pixels' from the menu at the top of the screen. Any paid for pixel blocks that you own that haven't yet had a graphic uploaded to them will show in red. Select the pixel block or block of pixel blocks you wish to apply a single graphic image to and click on the upload graphic button. Add the title, URL for your blocks, click the browse button to find the graphic you have prepared, and click upload. That's it.

When will My Graphics Show?

Once you have chosen, paid for, and prepared and uploaded graphics to your pixel block(s) your image will be set to pending status until staff at PixelsAustralia.com can manually review and approve your image. This review process is done as soon as possible and should be complete within a few hours of your graphic submission. If for any reason your image is not approved, you will receive notification and will be able to upload another graphics to your pixel block(s).

How long Will My Pixels Last?

Each pixel purchase on PixelsAustralia.com will last for a minimum of 365 days (1 year). After this period, you can renew your purchase or simply delete your account. You will receive a renewal e-mail close to your expiration date.
